For the three levels of Kindergarten, the Director has determined seven categories of development upon which the staff and faculty focus during their time with the children. These are:
 

1. Personal, Spiritual and Social Development.
2. Physical.
3. Aesthetic Perception and Creativity.
4. Language and Literacy.
5. Mathematics.
6. Knowledge and Understanding of the World. (Social Studies,
Science and Technology)

Assessment of these areas is ongoing throughout each school term 
 

Personal, Spiritual and Social Development. - A goal of the school is to begin to develop individual independence in young children and to encourage warm, nurturing relationships among children, teachers, other children, and the school staff. Children are taught to accomplish daily tasks such as dressing themselves and having good personal hygiene.
Children are shown how to play in groups and to share with other children. They are taught the principles of individual responsibility, respecting the rights of others, and how to care for their environment.
Ethics is related to this topic; it concerns the further development of the inner self as a resource for peace. Students develop an understanding of right and wrong, and learn about merit and sin. They are taught why it is important to respect others, regardless of age, cultural tradition, gender, or nationality. The values of justice, honesty, forgiveness, and decision-making are stressed in direct instruction and through the example set by Thai and foreign teachers.

   

Physical - Walking, running, jumping, rolling, climbing, dancing, swimming, and throwing and catching balls develop large motor skills. Children strengthen muscle groups as they learn proper movement techniques. Swimming also enables children to learn to be safe and comfortable, rather than fearful, of being in water over their heads.

 

Aesthetic Perception and Creativity. - Teachers prepare lessons that develop creativity and skills while addressing the following multiple intelligences of children: Linguistic, Logical/mathematical, Spatial, Musical, Kinesthetic, Interpersonal, and Intrapersonal.
Cooperative group and individual activities include storytelling, listening to stories, writing journals, making sounds, reading, collecting, counting, categorizing, observing, mixing colors, drawing, graphing, making and molding clay, singing, playing instruments, composing, dancing, acting in skits and simulations. Children are welcome to explore materials and tools. Along with teachers support, they will express their creativity as well as observe and refine their works at the same time and learn how to appreciate themselves and others.

   
 
Language and Literacy - A great deal of time each day is devoted to English Language Arts along with the Thai language. Children listen to conversations, poems, songs, and stories. They repeat patterns and learn vocabulary. Environmental print, alphabet letters and their sight/sound relationships are explored. Students sound out phonemes and learn a phonetic approach to emergent reading. They learn proper letter formation, alphabetizing, and word and sentence development. Classes draw and write big books, which they share, using their oral English skills. Children are taught to care for the books in the classroom, and they are given time each day to enjoy reading alone or in groups.
   
Mathematics - Kindergarten children identify, count, compare, match, and categorize items. They learn vocabulary related to numbers, shapes, sizes, operations, fractions, patterns, and measurement. There are many activities where children apply skills to real-world situations.
 
Knowledge and Understanding of the World. (Social Studies, Science and Technology) - Children participate in many activities that connect what they learn to real-life situations. When they learn that living things grow and change, they measure themselves and chart the changes, they learn about parent and baby animals, they plant seeds and monitor growth. When they learn about occupations, they use tools of work such as appliances and computers, they visit neighborhood places of business, and invite guests to share information about jobs. Having a classroom store gives many opportunities to apply language and math skills of conversation, telling time, and using money.
 
For K.3, the school will separate children’s comprehension into several categories:
 
Information Technology - The school provides children with marvelous computer programs such as Combo and Multimedia KID that will assist in developing many kinds of skills for them. These programs also give opportunity for children to cooperate when working in groups. They will help each other come up with ideas, as well as do and observe what happens together. Children will learn to use computer diskette and keyboard when working with the programs.
 
 
Science - Children will learn about their body parts, the six senses, healthy food, healthy life, living and non-living things, and sounds. For sounds, children will learn about objects that make sounds such as musical instruments. They will also study about natural sounds by walking around the school ground and observing various sources of natural sounds. They will learn how they can hear sounds and how to take care of their ears.
 
History - Children can list the members of their family. They can separate pictures according to when they were taken. They will know the differences between new toys and the old ones, and know the difference between new buildings and old buildings. Field trips will be arranged for children to go out and observe many places.
 
Geography - Children will learn about weather, land, and professions of people in each region in Thailand. They will know that the world is not flat. They will see from the globe with a map of the world how Thailand appears. Later, they will practice drawing classroom plans and simple maps.
 
Design Technology - Children will get to create artworks and models of their own style by themselves and in groups. When their work is completed, they can clean up and put their equipment back neatly to where they belong.
 
Creative Thinking - The objective of children’s work is to have a neat and colorful format with enough detail. Children can select various materials to create work such as drawing, printing, sewing, and molding. When their work is finished, they can explain about it as well as listen to others’ opinions about their work.
